Policy on Lost/Stolen Packages
With the increase in online shopping during the pandemic there was a corresponding increase in the activity of porch pirates, people who steal delivered packages from customer property. Due to the surge in the number of lost and/or stolen packages, FedEx will no longer cover the expense of any stolen package.
All packages delivered without the FedEx Signature Required service that are stolen will be at the full expense of the individual. FedEx, HTE USA and The Chi Machine Shop will not be responsible to reimburse you for any costs related to any stolen package.
This is still the world we find ourselves in post-pandemic so we suggest purchasing the FedEx Signature Required service if you or your neighbors have been the victim of porch pirates in the past. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
FedEx Signature Required Fees
One Package $6.50 - Example: One FIR Pad = One Package. Also, One Chi Machine, Ceramic Heater, E-Power or Electro Reflex Energizer with or without a FIR Pad = One Package.
Two Packages $10.00 - Example: Two Chi Machine, Ceramic Heater, E-Power, Electro Reflex Energizer or any combination of those products = Two Packages.
Three Packages $13.00 - Example: Three Chi Machine, Ceramic Heater, E-Power, Electro Reflex Energizer or any combination of those products = Three Packages.
Four or More Packages - Please contact us if you are unsure how many packages your shipment will entail.
